2025: Tree planting for aesthetics, drifting abatement, sun blocking. Filling in holes, wood clearing, bike trail maintenance/redesign, ski trail leveling.

--Call pond expert and ask what can be started now for pond construction in 2026 or 2027, call zoning to talk about proposed ponds. Possible tree mulching in winter. Winter cutting of unwanted trees and bushes, such as witch hazel and buckthorn.
2026: Specimen tree planting: 5-6 clusters of 50 flowering trees in orchard, specimen evergreens in parking lot, areas along trail.
Stonework- bike trail and aesthetic, artistic features at parking lot, ponds, along trail.

2027: Ponds- near my haus, east, and north. One large pond for snowmaking, and also recreation.
Pond snowmaking is proximate to approximately 1.5 mile artificial snow ski loop. Island in pond for unique place to grill and relax. Open shelter to be built on island for cookout use. Small parking lot in orchard for access.
Pond to be used for swimming after biking, and relaxing on sand beach, paddleboard yoga. Activities for youth- trampoline, slide, fishing.
Pond in central property to be full 360 stretch, so can be used for swimming part of offroad triathlon.
One to 2 other smaller wildlife ponds.
